摘要:
实践教学是职前教育的基本环节,追求卓越的小学教师教育必须加强实践教学的改革。实践教学改革是适应实践取向的教师教育课程改革的需要,是对教师知识基础研究进展的回应。改革实践教学需要关注实践智慧生成、联结理论和实践、促进专业身份认同等教师教育的价值诉求。改革实践教学的实践路径包括:规范实践教学体系、突出专业发展需求; 重构实践教学目标、发展教育实践能力; 转换实践教学方式、形成适切的教师观念; 提高指导教师素质、打造专业发展共同体。面对教师教育改革追求卓越的新主题,强化教育实践,改革实践教学是提升我国卓越小学教师培养质量的必然选择。
Abstract:
Practicum teaching is one of the basic steps in preservice education.The reform of practicum teaching must be strengthened in the pursuit of excellent primary school teachers education.The reform of practicum teaching is the need of the teacher education curriculum reform which meets the practice orientation,and is a response to the research progress of teacher knowledge.The practicum teaching reform needs to pay attention to the value appeal of teacher education,such as generate practical wisdom, connect theory and the practice,and promotes the professional identity and so on.The reform path of practicum teaching including:improving practicum teaching system,highlighting the needs of professional development,reconstructing teaching objectives, developing education practice ability,reforming practicum teaching mode, forming appropriate concept of teachers and developing teachers' quality,building a professional development community.Facing the new theme of the pursuit of excellence in teacher education reform, strengthening the educational practice and reforming the practicum teaching is the inevitable choice to improve the quality of the excellent primary school teachers in our country.
