摘要:
当前,美国高校女教师职业发展困境的形成,主要源于一些隐形的因素如心理偏见、习惯或约法等。美国高校女教师职业发展上的困境主要表现为学术发展环境恶劣、学校评价的性别歧视、发展中的孤立无援。为了突破这些困境,美国高校女教师自发形成三种应对策略,即创建学术姐妹会、倡导执行性别、推动学术过渡,这也为我国高校女教师突破类似困境提供了启示。我国高校女教师在未来教育中的地位和作用越来越重要, 国家、政府、高校都要重视女教师的职业发展,为女教师提供职业发展的便利,女教师自身也要主动寻求应对策略,尽早摆脱职业困境。
Abstract:
At present, the dilemma of professional development of female teachers in American colleges and universities are mainly due to some invisible factors such as psychological bias,habit or covenant,which is mainly manifested in the poor academic environment,the gender discrimination of school evaluation and be isolated in professional development. In order to address these dilemmas,female teachers in American higher education created the sisters of the Academy(SOTA),proposed gendered performance and academic transitions,which are also beneficial for female teachers in China.The status and role of female teachers in the future education are more and more important.The government and universities should highlight provide the professional development to female teachers,and female teachers, accordingly, should seek for the countermeasure initiatively to get rid of career dilemmas as soon as possible.
